Cookie policy
This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. It only stores two technical values in your browser to remember the language you choose.

What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device when you visit it, allowing information about your browsing to be remembered.
The same legal regime —article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE— applies to any other form of storing and retrieving data on the user's terminal, such as browser local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). It is this latter technique, and not cookies, that this site uses.
What this site uses
nervatech.es is a static site that installs no cookies. It only stores two technical values in your browser's local storage:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| nerva:lang | localStorage | Remembers the language you select (Spanish or English) so that we do not suggest switching again on later visits. | Until you delete it |
| nerva:langRedirect | sessionStorage | Prevents automatic language detection from redirecting more than once during the same visit. | End of the browser session |
This information stays in your browser: it is not transmitted to our servers, it is not shared with third parties, and it does not allow you to be identified or tracked beyond this site.
Why we do not ask for consent
Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE requires the user's consent except for storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by them.
The two values above are user-interface customisation: they remember a language preference that you set yourself using the site's language switcher. Under the Spanish Data Protection Agency's guidance on the use of cookies, this type of storage is exempt from the consent requirement. That is why this site shows no cookie banner.
No analytics, no third parties
We use no web analytics tools, advertising pixels, heat maps, A/B testing or social buttons that record your browsing.
Fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain rather than an external delivery network, and the site embeds no third-party content able to record your visit. The only outbound destinations are the links you choose to follow —our LinkedIn profile, for instance— which are governed by the privacy policy of the destination site.
How to review or delete it
You can review and delete local storage from your browser settings, usually under privacy and site data, or browse in private mode so that nothing is kept when you close the window. You can also block storage for this domain.
If you delete it, the site will continue to work normally: it will simply suggest a language again based on your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add tools that require consent, we will update this policy and enable the corresponding prior-consent mechanism before installing them.
