This legal notice governs the access, browsing and use of the website published under the domain nervatech.es (hereinafter, «the site»), without prejudice to any particular conditions the owner may establish for specific services.

Nerva Technologies develops and manufactures solid propulsion systems and products related to defence material and to dual-use items and technologies. Their marketing, transfer, export, brokering and technical assistance are subject, among others, to the following rules:

• Regulation (EU) 2021/821 setting up a Union regime for the control of exports, brokering, technical assistance, transit and transfer of dual-use items.
• Spanish Law 53/2007 of 28 December on the control of foreign trade in defence and dual-use material, and its implementing regulation (Royal Decree 679/2014).
• Royal Decree 130/2017 approving the Spanish Explosives Regulation, and other rules applicable to regulated materials.
